Export

From Settings → Your data you can export everything we hold about you.

Four formats: a complete JSON document, a CSV of your birds, an archive of your photos, and one of the pedigrees already generated. The first two download immediately; the archives are prepared in the background and you get a notification when they are ready.

This is not a favour and not a paid plan. It is your right to portability under GDPR article 20.

Deleting your account

Deletion is not immediate. There is a grace period during which you can change your mind, and the account comes back intact.

Before permanent deletion you receive two email warnings. When it expires everything goes: data, files in storage, subscription.

Our advice: export first. After deletion there is nothing left to recover from.

Privacy

By default, nothing about your loft is public.

Public pedigree verification pages are the only exception, and only for the birds you mark yourself. No exposure option is ticked for you.
